OUR HISTORY
Like many of his clients, Pall Spera discovered Stowe while skiing and promptly recognized the area’s potential for relocation and second homes. In 1969,  Spera purchased the 19^th century Gale Farm and opened an office in its classic brick farmhouse. Since then, all Pall Spera Company associates have been state-licensed professionals specializing in residential and commercial development and sales, as well as appraisal fields. All are deeply committed to preservation and support of the Vermont Land Trust.

Pall Spera Company maintains membership in multiple organizations, including the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors, Vermont Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Vermont Real Estate Information Network (VREIN) and Northern New England Real Estate Network (NNEREN).
