John Grady

With 30 years experience in residential and commercial Brokerage, Management, Development and Construction in diverse market areas and conditions, John Grady's real estate background and perspective enable him to assist buyers and sellers evaluate and realize their objectives. In the 1970's, he was Vice President and General Manager of the Commercial Division of The Norwood Group, Inc, a multi-office firm in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. In the 1980's, he founded Concord Properties, Inc., specializing in development and construction of planned divisions and architecturally designed homes. In 1992, he joined New England Industrial Properties, Inc. where he became a Principal and President. He represented buyers, tenants, individual and institutional owners of office and industrial properties, and also land owners in the sale of land for commercial and residential development. As an avid participant in Stowe's activities and lifestyle for many years, John Grady first visited Stowe to ski in 1962. He still "gets to the hill" regularly each winter. When ski season ends, John enjoys cycling, hiking, fishing and windsurfing. He and his wife Lisa Grady, also an agent with Pall Spera Company, have chosen their Stowe home to be their permanent residence where they enjoy Vermont's year-round beauty, recreational and cultural opportunities. John and his wife Lisa are active in the Stowe community and also volunteer at The Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington. He is a Director and current President of Notch Brook Resort Condominium Owners Association in Stowe. John is licensed as a Broker in Vermont and Massachusetts.
