Lisa Grady began her real estate career in Massachusetts in 1981 and shortly thereafter established her long association with Vermont when she purchased a second home in Warren. In 1985, she took on the challenge of becoming a broker/manager where she enjoyed recruiting, training, and coaching sales associates for a national real estate brand until she and her husband John made their Stowe home their permanent residence in 2007. Throughout this time, Lisa has been an active member of real estate boards in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a past Secretary of her local chapter of The Women's Council of Realtors. Presently, Lisa is the 2011 President for the Lamoille Area Board of Realtors. In addition to working full time, Lisa knows the joys of giving back to her community. Her passion for historic buildings led to a position as Vice President and Program Director for "The Old Meeting House", in Francestown, NH. At the OMH, she produced a yearly gardening seminar and a music series featuring artists such as Tom Rush, John Sebastian, Jonathan Edwards, Al Stewart, and Roger McGuinn. She continues these interests in Stowe, as a member of the Special Events Committee at the Stowe Free Library and The Flynn Center for the Performing Arts in Burlington, where she is on committees for the annual Garden Tour, Food and Wine Festival and also volunteers at performances with her husband, John. A licensed broker in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Lisa's success in the real estate business lends experience and expertise to the sellers and buyers she works with. No matter what the current real estate trends, her confidence and positive attitude enable her to see the opportunities in every market. Lisa is committed to bringing her marketing, networking, communication and negotiating skills to every transaction. From the initial consultation to the end result of helping you realize your goals, Lisa looks forward to working with you and building a lasting relationship.
