She recently sold a thousand acres in rural Newark to people from Hong Kong who will conserve rather than develop the land. Other memorable transactions include two one-room schoolhouses whose new owners converted them into unique residences, a horse farm, commercial properties, resort havens and of course, many, many residential properties.
