• Accesses the Multiple Listing Service to research your housing specifications in advance and while you take care of other details and paperwork.
• Narrow down your search to houses that most closely meet your needs in value, style, location, features, accessibility to services and other preferences.
• Make well-educated suggestions for creative improvements to make a home even more suitable for you and also increase its value and utility.
• Tell you what documents and personal information you must prepare and present when applying for a loan.
• Familiarize you with important considerations such as local zoning laws, utility costs, municipal services and facilities, current Real Estate values and taxes.
• Facilitate professional negotiations for a final transaction that will equitably satisfy you and the seller.
