Agents Profile

Debby Burnor became our Company Manager in 2003. She has been with the Pall Spera Company since 1989. She has experienced company dynamics from the front of the house and from all angles of Real Estate transactions, naturally stepping into a role of assessment and orchestration.

Her vibrant personality and open mind lead her to consistently seek out resources for greater knowledge and understanding of the various aspects of Real Estate, for the benefit of our clients as well as that of her staff. Debby obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License in 1995 and Broker License in 2000.Her interest in Real Estate Investing has led her to obtain various related certifications that further increase her ability to navigate the Real Estate arena.  

As our Relocation Director for Leading Real Estate Companies of The World, Debby especially enjoys assisting home buyers in their transition to Vermont life. As a Vermont native, she is well acquainted with local history and trends and has a solid understanding of market shifts that shape the local economy. "Vermont is my heritage", says Debby, a heritage she conveys to clients with the sort of flowing enthusiasm they immediately recognize as integrity.  

Debby has established her career while being a single mother to three children. Her bond with them is obvious. In this area, as well as in her career, Debby has demonstrated her ability to orchestrate the details of daily life.
