Originally from Cape Cod, Nancy has lived in Stowe for nearly 25 years. A graduate of Syracuse University, Nancy has been a Realtor in Stowe for 15 years, working with Buyers and Sellers to both acquire and market residential, land and commercial real estate. Nancy was awarded the esteemed designation of Luxury Property Specialist based on top performing sales. Nancy is experienced in transacting 1031 tax free exchanges on behalf of investment buyers and international property sales. She also has a depth of knowledge purchasing and managing her own investment properties in Stowe. Nancy has worked in the Burlington, Vermont region in the field of Property Management, and currently runs her own Property Management business. She is focused and results driven.
