7,500 Maple taps are on the 175 acres with 500 additional taps on Seller reserved land available to be leased. Historically each tap has produced five pounds of Maple syrup. The woodland has an extensive interior woods roads network and a high vacuum pipeline system in place that has been regularly updated since 2014 and is included in the sale.
