About a mile in off the end of Potter (Brook) Road via Class IV portion and then a quiet, 30' wide deeded ROW gets you onto this otherwise remote parcel. Abuts Green Mountain Club land, and ~140 yards East of Frank Post Trail... So, remote. Potter Road AKA Potter Brook Road. GPS is best, download map and pin it before you go. Use your high ground clearance, AWD vehicle, it's rough out there. Class IV road is not maintained. No soil testing ever done. Documents available. Some flagging.
