Covid-19 Information

This past Friday, Vermont Governor Phil Scott announced that as of April 20th, real estate services could commence in a limited capacity. While we are excited about this progress, there are still very specific guidelines under which all Vermont Realtors®, Appraisers, and Inspectors must operate. All professional services should be provided in a manner that minimizes in-person contact, anything that can be done remotely, online, or by phone should be. Services operating with a single worker may operate if they can comply with Vermont’s mandatory health and safety requirements, with no more than 2 persons (service provider and client) present at one time.

Within those guidelines, we are continuing to work towards making the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible for Buyers and Sellers. Take a look at a few of the measures we are taking, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Home Tours:
We can schedule a virtual home tour via Google Meet, Zoom, Facebook Live, or FaceTime to maintain social distancing. When an in-person showing is possible and prudent, only 2 persons at one time will be allowed. Everyone will be required to sanitize hands, remain 6′ apart at all times, and wear personal protection equipment including masks and gloves.

Meeting Your Current Needs:
If you are a Buyer, we can still present you with homes for sale that match your specific needs. As a Seller, we continue to market your property locally and nationally.

Social Media:
We are working with our social media experts to gain exposure for our beautiful listings via Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Transactions:
We are able to leverage an array of secure paperless technologies for truly hands-free transaction management.

We have the tools and expertise to help during these turbulent times. We appreciate your trust, and we want to assure you that our goal of finding results for you has stayed true.
