Sharon relocated to Vermont on a full-time basis in 2002 but first vacationed in Vermont as a child - in fact she learned to ski here. Her commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle balance is helped by enjoying the wide variety of outdoor activities Vermont has to offer with her husband David and their two dogs. As in her professional life, her favorite aspect of living in Vermont is its people. "We have a great mix of people here - the relaxed visitors enjoying their leisure time, and those who live and work in our communities." In the autumn of 2012, her son Brydon Beasant moved to Stowe from San Francisco to join Sharon's practice, extending a family commitment to serving the needs of their clients.
